Hospice care itself is covered in full. A donation funds what lies outside it — the comforts, the company, and the hours that turn treatment into care.

Of means
A contribution
Any amount, once, with no follow-up. By card, by check, or made in memory of someone — often in place of flowers.
Every dollar stays in the Valley, with the families we sit beside.
Of craft
What you can do
Not every gift is money. A musician who plays an afternoon, an actor who reads aloud, a photographer who makes the portrait a family keeps — these reach people in ways medicine cannot.
Painters, singers, barbers, bakers, gardeners, readers. If you have a craft, we will find the room for it.

- Payable to Care Plus Hospice — 10290 N 92nd St, Suite 201, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Note a purpose on the memo line and we will honor it.
- Offering your work
- Tell us what you do and when you are free. See also volunteer services.
- In memory
- Give us the name. We will tell the family a gift was made in their honor, and never the amount.
