What is included
Placement in a contracted inpatient facility (hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing), transportation and coordination handled by the hospice team, and continuous physician oversight. Covered by Medicare.

GIP is temporary and coordinated for you. Your hospice team stays in the lead throughout and welcomes your loved one back home as soon as symptoms are stable.
